The Southern Idaho Association of Health Underwriters presents a Charity Bowling Tournament on February 10th at Cedar Lanes from 5-6pm. All proceeds benefit the Twin Falls Senior Center. Cost for a 4 person team is $100 or $25 for individuals. Lane sponsorships and corporate sponsorships are also available. Registration deadline is February 6. Wine tasting/Twin Falls The fourth annual Christmas wine tasting and silent auction, hosted by Magic Valley Advertising Federation, 5:30 p.m. NOV. 8 at Rock Creek Restaurant, 200 Addison Ave. W. Features samples of wines and hor d’oeuvres. Pre-order wines for holiday gifts. The event supports the Bruce Fox Memorial Scholarship Fund, benefiting College of Southern Idaho students with an academic focus on marketing and/or graphic design. The Snake River Council Boy Scouts of America welcome back Jon Schmidt with special guest, Steven Sharp Nelson, to the Magic Valley. Friday night in Twin Falls and Saturday night in Burley at the King Fine Arts Center. Come experience an amazing night of entertainment by Jon Schmidt as his music touches people of all ages and cultures. Tickets are $12 per person and are available at www.srcouncil.org, Crowley’s ‘the Quad’, Bells Books, Welch Music in T.Falls & Burley and the Book Plaza in Burley. ALSO…an outstanding Dinner will be provided prior to the show for $150 per couple.
